Supply of Personal Information
The information we may ask you for may include name, date of birth, address, phone no., Eircode & email address. On our website we may also ask for details during an enquiry submission or while you are buying any products. All of this information is given & held with your consent & may be rescinded by you at any time.
No data is held on our website server, once the information has been passed to us, it is immediately removed from the server and or anonymised in the case of transactional data. All personal data is held in physical storage locations that are technically GDPR compliant.
Connect Hearing will only be using your data in relation to processing orders or providing information pertinent to your hearing health. The retention period of your data will only be as long as is deemed necessary in the looking after of your hearing health. Guidelines for keeping these records are guided by the Hcpc.
Third Parties
Connect Hearing will not pass on your details to any third parties without your prior consent. Third parties would primarily be your doctor or ENT Consultant. You can amend or ask to remove your details at any stage. Archived and deleted details are subject to Hcpc retention regulations.
Marketing
Connect Hearing may wish to send you information by email, post or voice call on regular check-ups, or other regular appointments. Some messages may be product related information or advancements. You may ask for these to cease by contacting us at info@connecthearing.ie , stating your name & address.
