What to expect from your Connect Hearing Test
Our 8 Steps to Better Hearing
A hearing healthcare appointment at Connect Hearing is designed to assess your hearing and auditory processing ability. At Connect Hearing we take a holistic approach to examining your hearing. In conjunction with the examination of your ears and hearing, we examine your ability to listen in various noisy conditions and also the patient’s ease of listening in these conditions. This is to determine if you can benefit from hearing aids or if there would be a need to find a medical solution to your hearing problem. Any suggestion of help would be given on the strength of more tests than just an audiogram.

Personal Consultation – We discuss your hearing history, medical background, noise exposure and family history of hearing loss.
- 2
Ear Examination – The audiologist checks for wax or any physical issues affecting your hearing.

- 4
